Phone Orders
Place your order by calling (412) 828-2660. Before calling please have the following information: Product name, size, color and credit card number.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. When paying by credit card, you will not be charged until the product is shipped. Checks are also accepted, but require a 10 day waiting period prior to shipping.
Pennsylvania residents are subject to 7% sales tax.

Shipping Policy
Orders are sent UPS ground. Your shipping charges will be calculated after your order is processed, and you will be notified of your final charge by email. Your order should arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If an item you purchased does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days from receipt of product. Please include the original receipt along with the unused product and original packaging. Please follow the Return or Exchange directions below.
1. Call The Quail's Tale at (412) 828-2660 and inform us of the reason for the return or exchange. A return authorization number will be issued at this time.
2. Box the item securely. The original receipt is required. Enclose the receipt with the product in its original packaging.

4. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
